Thoughts from Coach Chip Wilson
"Anytime we can take a trip away from the University is an opportunity to grow closer as a team. The three goals we had in place coming into the week included growing closer as a team, strong training and effort in competition. After reflecting on the week I am very pleased with the growth of the team, our week's training and how we competed. UNC-Wilmington's coaching staff was welcoming and they organized a well run meet with solid competition. This week set the tone for our outdoor season. We had leaders step up for us, and we will be ready for our upcoming meets."
NEXT UP FOR THE COUGARS
The men's and women's outdoor track and field teams will continue their season this Saturday as they will compete in the Muskie Duals hosted by Muskingum University.
