Men’s Golf Competes in Malone Fall Classic to Open 2025 Season
CANTON, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's golf team began its fall season in the Malone Fall Classic on September 5-6 at the Tannenhauf Golf Course.
MVNU's A team placed fourth out of eight teams with a +57 after a strong second day surge, while MVNU's B team placed seventh with a +81.
Bennett Hill led the way for MVNU, finishing +11 through two rounds. Jack Mayle and Luke Walton each placed 10th with scores of +12. Will Streby finished 19th with a +16, while Hunter Smith rounded out the top five for MVNU with a 23rd place finish after going +18.

MVNU competes in the Pretty Lake Intercollegiate at the Pretty Lake Golf Course in Plymouth, Indiana on September 8-9. Tee Times are set for 8:00 a.m.
