Men’s Tennis Outdone by Mount Union

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's tennis team hosted the University of Mount Union on Thursday, March 26 at the Ramser Tennis Courts.

Despite losing by a score of 0-7, the doubles team of CJ Danemayer and Nathan Fitzpatrick secured a big victory over their opponents. Danemayer and Fitzpatrick were in full form as they won by a score of 6-2.

In singles competition, MVNU competed hard. Noah Hill pushed his opponent but ultimately fell by scores of 3-6 and 3-6. Fitzpatrick put together a strong effort of his own but would end up losing with scores of 6-7, 7-9, and 5-7.

MVNU will host the University of Saint Francis at the Ramser Tennis Courts on Saturday, March 28 at 1:00 p.m.
