Lady Cougars Beat Lourdes on Homecoming to Keep Winning Streak Alive

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's basketball team (4-0) defeated Lourdes University (1-1) 79-68 on Friday, November 10.

MVNU was in control for the entirety of the game on homecoming as it never trailed.

Inside the Box Score: 

MVNU shot 45.0% from the floor and 43.5% from three while also holding Lourdes to just 41.9% shooting and 36.4% shooting from three. MVNU's 10 threes in the game were a season-high.

MVNU was extremely efficient with the basketball as it finished with a season-high 25 assists to just 12 turnovers.
