MVNU Finishes Big Sky Challenge Strong

HELENA, Mo. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team (4-0) continued its weekend opener in Helena, Montana in the second day of the Big Sky Challenge, hosted by Carroll College on Saturday, August 19.

MVNU started the day off by defeating Bushnell in four sets by scores of 25-15, 21-25, 25-16, and 25-13. The Lady Cougars continued their hot start to the season with a win over Warner Pacific to conclude the weekend. MVNU swept the match in three sets by scores of 25-11, 25-16, and 25-6.

What's Next

The Lady Cougars will take on Campbellsville University and IU Kokomo on Friday, August 25 at 3:00pm and 7:00pm, respectively. The matches will take place at the IU Kokomo Invite in Kokomo, Indiana.
