Tang Named Crossroads League Defender of the Week

JACKSON, Mich. Jaelyn Tang of the No.15 Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's volleyball team was named the Defender of the Week by the Crossroads League on Monday, October 21 for the second time this season.

Tang had a strong week, first surpassing 1,000 career digs in MVNU's win over Huntington and following that up with 22 digs in the victory at No. 25 Marian. Tang had 39 total digs and averaged 5.57 digs per set.

Tang also contributed to the offensive attack for the Lady Cougars as she finished the week averaging 1.14 assists per set.
